Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
330 Hosting & Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") builds and looks after websites for Ohio businesses and hosts sites for existing clients. This policy explains what we collect when you use 330hosting.com, ask for a quote or a call back, chat with us, request a website, or are already a client (together, the "Services"), and what we do with it.
By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information You Provide
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you:
- Ask for a Quote or a Call Back: Your name, email and/or phone, and anything else you type in, such as your business name, your current website and what you need. This covers the forms on /get-started/, /contact/, our offer pages and our blog posts.
- Request a Website Build (/free-website/): Your answers about your business, the photos and files you upload, and your contact details.
- Chat With Us: Your messages and any name, email or phone you give in the chat bubble.
- Call or Email Us: Whatever you tell us on the phone or in your email.
- Become or Stay a Client: Billing details (card payments are handled by a payment processor; we do not store card numbers) and what you send us to build, change or support your site.
- Use the Website Assessment: Name, work email, optional business name, website goal, and the URL you ask us to assess
- Use the Free Website Check (/seo-check/): The website you check, and, if you ask for the full fix list, your first name, email and the business name and phone you choose to add. We keep every website checked, with the result and the business contact details that site publicly shows (business name, phone, email, town), so we can follow up with that business about the problems we found. We never send that follow-up automatically. If you came from one of our ads and accepted cookies, we also keep which ad brought you. Checked websites we have not heard back about are deleted 90 days after the last check, and stored results after 8 days. The check and the report email run on nhmohio.com systems, which belong to the same company as 330 Hosting (NHM LLC).
1.2 Information Automatically Collected
When you access our Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:
- Log Data: IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and when. Our host, Cloudflare, records this to run the site and block spam and attacks.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: A visit counter from Cloudflare runs for every visitor. It does not set cookies or follow you to other sites; it counts page views, where visits come from and how fast pages load.
- Cookies (only if you accept): The analytics and advertising tools in section 4.
1.3 Analytics Information
If you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how you use the site, including:
- Pages viewed and features used
- Time spent on the website
- Links clicked and navigation patterns
- Geographic location (country and city level)
- Device and browser information
These tools set cookies and load only after you click Accept.
1.4 Hosting Clients' Websites
If we host your website, we store its files and any data it collects. We open them to build, fix or support your site, when the law requires it, or to stop abuse. We do not go through them for anything else.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Provide and Maintain Services: To answer your request, build and look after your website, host client sites, and give support
- Process Transactions: To process payments and send billing information
- Communicate with You: To send service-related notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages
- Improve Our Services: To understand how users interact with our Services and make improvements
- Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, security incidents, and fraudulent activity
- Marketing (with your consent): To send promotional materials and newsletters (you may opt out at any time)
- Legal Compliance: To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
- Analytics and Ads: If you accept cookies, to see how people use the site and which of our ads bring in calls and forms
- Website Assessment: To produce the requested report, notify our team of scanner activity, prevent automated abuse, and follow up about the findings
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
3.1 Service Providers
We use these companies to run the site and handle your request. We share only what each one needs for its job:
- Cloudflare: hosts this site, stores copies of form requests, runs the cookieless visit counter, and checks forms for spam (Turnstile).
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): our customer list and the chat bubble on the site. What you type in a form or the chat goes there so we can call or write back.
- nhmohio.com: systems run by the same company as 330 Hosting (NHM LLC). Every request is copied to our lead list so none go unanswered. For requests from our offer pages, it also looks at the website you gave us and drafts a reply, which we read and edit before anything is sent.
- SMTP2GO: sends our emails, such as your receipt and our copy of your request.
- Discord: tells our team when someone uses the website assessment.
- Google, Microsoft and Meta: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel, only if you accept cookies (section 4).
- Payment processors: to take payments from clients.
3.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, including to:
- Comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of 330hosting.com, our users, or others
- Investigate potential violations of our Terms of Use
- Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues
3.3 Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
3.4 With Your Consent
We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Optional cookies are off until you turn them on. On your first visit a cookie notice appears. Before you choose, the only measurement that runs is Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless visit counter that runs for every visitor. Nothing that sets a cookie or tracks you for ads loads before you choose. We also honor the Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals as a request to decline.
Types of Cookies We Use:
- Essential Cookies: Required for the operation of our Services (authentication, security) and to remember your cookie choice. Always on.
- Analytics Cookies (optional, off by default): Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, including session replay, help us understand how visitors use our Services. These load only after you accept.
- Chat: The GoHighLevel chat bubble loads once you have made a choice, either way, because it is how you reach us. It can store its own cookies so a conversation picks up where it left off.
- Advertising Cookies (optional, off by default): Google Ads and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) record that a visit came from one of our ads and whether it led to a form or a phone call, so we can tell which ads are worth paying for. Meta can also use these visits to show our ads to people who have been to this site. These load only after you accept, and declining deletes the cookies they set on this site.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page. Declining also deletes the analytics cookies we set on this site. You can block cookies in your browser settings as well.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, including:
- HTTPS on every page and form
- Access limited to our own team, behind sign-ins
- Spam and abuse checks on every form
- Backups of client websites
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with our Services and to comply with legal obligations. Specifically:
- Requests and Client Records: Kept while we are talking or working together, and for a reasonable time after, or longer if the law requires it
- Transaction Records: Retained for at least 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations
- Hosting Clients' Website Files: Kept until you delete them or terminate your account, plus 30 days for recovery purposes
- Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for statistical purposes
- Free Website Check: Stored results for 8 days; a checked website and its public business contact details for 90 days after the last check, unless you asked for the fix list or we are in touch
After the retention period expires, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal information.
7. Your Privacy Rights
